When I go to the Victoria Airport (CYYJ), and select WINTER in the FSX Time and Season settings, it does not change to winter. When I deactivate the Victoria+ entries in my scenery library, I can get winter scenery. I can change to winter at other locations, just not at Victoria. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestion? Thank you.
