MSFS L-1049G HARS VH-EAG | 2024

Repaint of payware Red Wing L-1049G Super Constellation.
This repaint shows Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS) VH-EAG 'Southern Preservation' in its current livery. Its the only airworthy L-1049G Super Constellation (February 2024). This aircraft was built as a Lockheed L-1049F-55-96 in 1955 with C/N 4176. Delivered to the United States Air Force as 54-0157 in 1955. Came to the Mississippi Air National Guard (183 ATS, Jackson) in 1962 and to 183 MAS in 1966. Later to the West Virginia Air National Guard (167 MAS, Martinsburg) in 1967, Pennsylvania Air National Guard (193 TEWS, Middletown-Olmstead) in mid 1972. Ferried to Davis Monthan AFB for storage in June 1977. Inspected at Davis Monthan by the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society, Australia in December 1991 and acquired by HARS. Based at Albion Park Regional Airport, Wollongong, N.S.W.

MSFS L-1049G Qantas VH-EAB | 1960

Repaint of payware Red Wing L-1049G Super Constellation.
This repaint shows Qantas L-1049G named Southern Horizon of the year 1960. Delivered in 1955 as a 1049E, c/n 4581. Converted to 1049G with tip tanks in April 1958, then had a freight door installed in June 1960. Withdrawn from use 1962 and used as a static classroom at Sydney Airport with engines removed.
Back in flying conditions in 1964, aircraft was used as cargo ship for several companies for service in Middle and South America until Lanzair (Channel Islands) leased it in 1975. In June 1976, during take-off nosewheel tyres broke up in Athens and precautionary landing made at Kuwait in sandstorm. Due to alleged irregularities associated with the flight a heavy fine was imposed on Lanzair. As a result the aircraft was abandoned at Kuwait City Airport. It was reported in 1991 that the aircraft had remained intact and had been used for fire-fighting drills at Ahmad Al Jaber Airbase until the airport was bombed during the 1991 Gulf War. Noted at the airbase in November 2020 in essentially the same condition.

MSFS Arrow IV HB-PEO

Just Flight Piper Arrow IV is needed.
This repaint shows Piper PA-28RT-201 Arrow IV of Motorfluggruppe Langenthal. Built 1980 with c/n 28R-8018039. Interior textures included.
In August 2006, HB-PEO crashed on a training flight at Langenthal LSPL after take-off run. It touched ground again in a field and landed there. Aircrafts fuselage was heavily damaged. Nobody was injured, but aircraft was written-off.

MSFS Cessna 207 D-EBSD ILV-Bildflug

Microsofts Famous Flyer Cessna 207 is needed.
This repaint shows Cessna 207A Stationair 8 D-EBSD of ILV-Bildflug with c/n 20700644. Came to Germany in 1991. ILV Group is specialized in photogrammetric and surveying measurement work, mainly on the basis of aerial image data. Aircraft is still in use.
This Skywagon was previously N207PP of Gregory Aviation.
Many thanks to Marcel (Cessna2807), who created the fuselage lines with blender.

In respect to the famous WW2 WAC Woman Air Corps/WASP Women Airforce Service Pilots this aircraft wears the Fifinella patch nose art. Since 2014, aircaft is based in EDFM Mannheim/Germany.

Asobo Cessna 172 beige cockpit

I was scrolling through the requests for liveries this morning and came across an exciting one: Several people wanted the cockpit of the Cessna 172 in beige. So I immediately started experimenting. And after a few minutes it worked.
This add-on changes the color of the cockpit from grey to beige on all variants of the C172. Please note that only by deleting the mod, the cockpit becomes gray again. There is no option to change this in the video game.
How to install:
(0. Delete older versions of this add-on.)
1. Download the ZIP-file.
2. Open the ZIP-file. There should be a folder called "nfm-c172-beigecockpit".
3. Drop this folder into your MSFS community folder.
4. Start MSFS. The add-on should work now.

Robin DR 400 HB-KDO SG Knonaueramt

This freeware add-on brings the HB-KDO paint scheme to the Robin DR 400 for MSFS.
HB-KDO is a real DR 400 owned and used by the gliding club of Knonaueramt in Switzerland (SG Knonaueramt). Based at Hausen am Albis airfield (LSZN) it is used to tow gliders.
How to install:

1. Download the ZIP-file.
2. Open the ZIP-file. There should be a folder called "nfm-dr400-kdo".
3. Drop this folder into your MSFS community folder.

PESIM Maule M7-235 HB-KCB livery

The livery is finally compatible with V1.1.0 and newer of the PESIM Maule!
This freeware addon adds the HB-KCB paint scheme to the PESIM Maule M7-235 for MSFS. To use this paint job you need the addon by PESIM. This addon works only with this aircraft.
HB-KCB is a real Maule owned and used by the Flight Sports Group Zurich Oberland (FGZO). It is based in Speck-Fehraltorf airfield (LSZK) and mainly used on weekends to tow gliders.
How to install:

2. Open the ZIP-file. There should be a folder called “nfm-maule-kcb”.

Robin DR 400 HB-EMQ SG Thun

This freeware add-on brings the HB-EMQ paint scheme to the Robin DR 400 for MSFS.
HB-EMQ is a real DR 400 owned and used by the gliding club of Thun in Switzerland (SG Thun). Based at the wonderful Thun airfield (LSZW) it is used to tow gliders into the nearby alps.

This repaint shows real Morlock Aviatiation Douglas C-47 Dakota. Former ZS-NTE was made airworthy again by Morlock Aviation and provided with Olive Air titles. Used among others for the German TV-series "Steel Buddies".
Constructed as c/n 11926 in 1943 as a C-47A-1-DK by Douglas at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. Delivered to United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-92157. Taken on charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n FL565 as a Dakota III in 1944. Transferred to South African Air Force with s/n 6573 in 1945.
Please note
This package brings all three versions together. Floats version requires 40th Anniversary package of Got Friends.

MSFS JU-52 SAA ZS-AFA | 2021

Repaint of payware Microsoft/Asobo/O. Moser JU-52.
This repaint shows CASA-built 352L (c/n 164) of South African Airways Society Museum - one of the last Ju-52 in flying conditions. Built in 1954. It served with the Spanish Air Force as T2B-273 until struck off charge and sold as G-BFHE in 1977, registered to Doug Arnold´s Warbirds Great Britain Ltd. and stored for a while at Blackbushe Airport in England. Came to South Africa in 1981 as ZS-UYU for SAA Technical School. First Ju 52 commercial flight as ZS-AFA of South African Airways Historic Flight after certificate of airworthiness awarded in 1984. Preserved at Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport.
It uses Modern Ju-53 model. Reworked Cockpit in dark grey colors.

MSFS Bf-108 Taifun D-EOIO

This repaint shows private Messerschmitt Bf-108 B-1 Taifun D-EOIO. Was built by Bayerische Flugzeugwerke with c/n 2086 in 1939 and given the military code A-212 for Swiss Airforce. The rare aircraft was discovered by Dirk Bende in a derelict state in France and has been renovated from the ground up over the past few years in Bonn-Hangelar Germany. In 2017, aircraft is flying again wearing Willy Messerschmitt´s personal demonstrator aircraft D-IOIO paintscheme.

MSFS Bf-108 Taifun D-EHAF

Payware Inibuilds Messerschmitt Bf-108 Taifun is needed.
This repaint shows private Messerschmitt Bf-108D-1 Taifun. Was built by Nord with c/n 5253 in 1944 and given the military codes GS+EZ. Postwar the aircraft was used by the French Air Force until being donated by the French government to Prince Bernhard and registered to him as PH-PBC in September 1947.
After several subsequent changes of ownership, the current custodians engaged Dirk Bende to rebuild the Taifun in 2017. Today D-EHAF is in flying condition and is based in Bonn-Hangelar Germany.
